What are your delivery options and shipping costs?

Delivery Time: Bangkok: 1-3 business days Other provinces: 2-5 business days.
Standard complimentary shipping offered on all orders

Orders placed after 11am on a Friday, or the weekend, will be processed the following business day. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Our delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of Aesop.

Orders are shipped from Thailand.

"Orders placed on the Aesop Thailand website can only be delivered within Thailand.

If you wish to have your order shipped to someone living in another country, please open the destination menu from the website's footer section and select the country you wish to ship to.

From here, you will be redirected to the Aesop website that services your chosen region, and can proceed to order your items. Note that prices will be displayed in the destination’s currency. If you cannot find your preferred destination, regrettably we do not ship to that country at this time.

At checkout, enter your own details under the ""billing address"" section and the recipient's details under the ""shipping address section"".

Please note: the order confirmation and tracking email will be sent to the nominated email address entered at checkout. You may wish to forward it to the recipient if needed.

To purchase Aesop products locally, you can locate your nearest Aesop Signature Store or stockist by using the Aesop online store locator."

How can I track my parcel?

If you want to check the status of your order and are a registered user, please log in to My Account to check the progress of your order. If you want to track the shipment of your order, use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email and track it via the Australia Post website. For any questions about your order, please contact us [https://www.aesop.com.au/contact.html], and we will be happy to assist you.

Is Click and Collect available?


Click and Collect is temporarily unavailable.

When the service returns, it will be available at select Signature Stores; please refer to our Store Locator for participating locations. All products may be purchased via Click and Collect, with the exception of Gift Cards.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure you have this notification ready to present upon arrival at the store.

If you are unable to collect your order on the scheduled day, please notify the store of your expected collection date using the contact details provided in your collection email.

Which products are considered dangerous goods for shipping?

Some of our products are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids for the purposes of transportation. Any parcel that we ship containing these products will be packaged and labelled appropriately to comply with Dangerous Goods safety regulations.

Will I receive samples with my order?

Complimentary samples are included with all online orders.

How many items can I order?

We invite you to purchase a maximum of 10 units per product.

Do the prices listed on the website include tax?

All prices on the Aesop Thailand website are inclusive of tax.

The tax amount will be displayed on the invoice accompanying your shipment email.

What is your returns policy?

We offer refunds for all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us below.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in an Aesop signature store, department store or elsewhere.

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.Kindly note in-store purchases cannot be returned to our online store.

What should I do if my order is missing an item, damaged in transit, or hasn't been received?

We're sorry that the package you received is incorrect. Please reach out to our consultants and provide them with the following information to speed up the process.

Order number (this can be found in your order confirmation)The name of the missing product.

Clear image of all product/s received in one photo.

Our Customer Service Team will investigate and provide further information.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
